Other Letter Responses
It is important to note the large number of responses that Bill and Audrey Norris received as a result of their initial letter. The majority of these responses were in simple agreement of the Norris' efforts to memorialize Charles Sampson's work at Bates College. It is clear by the outpouring support in Sampson's memory that he impacted students greatly and left a strong impression in the minds and hearts of individuals he interacted with during his time here.
